January 2024 – A new chapter in international diving is opened. Dirk Wondrak’s International Discovery Diving Association and ProTec have announced their powerful alliance. Starting this year, both organizations will work together to further advance diving for people with disabilities.
Dirk’s specialized training program for divers with disability will now become an integral part of ProTec’s infrastructure. The aim is to expand and better serve the international market. This commitment opens up a new era in training for divers with disability.

Ein neues Kapitel im internationalen Tauchsport wird aufgeschlagen. Dirk Wondrak’s International Discovery Diving Association und ProTec haben ihre kraftvolle Allianz bekannt gegeben. Beide Organisationen werden ab diesem Jahr zusammenarbeiten, um das Tauchen für Menschen mit Behinderungen weiter voran zu treiben.
Das auf Taucher mit Behinderungen spezialisierte Ausbildungsprogramm von Dirk wird nun Teil der ProTec Infrastruktur. Dadurch soll der internationale Markt erweitert und besser betreut werden. Dieses Engagement eröffnet eine neue Ära im Behindertentauchen.

Ihre Geschichte reicht über 25 Jahre zurück, als sie mit den ‚technical diving‘ Ausbildungen begannen und dann den ‚recreational‘ und Apnoe mit einbezogen. Zusammen mit der Erfahrung und Ausbildung von ProTec werden wir neue Möglichkeiten im Bereich des Behindertentauchens eröffnen. Die Kooperation bleibt nicht auf die Schulungen beschränkt. Es geht darum, den globalen Markt zu erweitern und zu pflegen. Auf diese Weise können wir mehr Menschen den Zugang zum Tauchsport ermöglichen.
